Premium Static Websites
Static Next.js websites with clear information and straightforward paths to enquiry.
High-end static websites built for speed, clarity, and a stronger digital presence.

Company website or web application?
This service is for marketing and company websites: clear service information, accessible pages, search-friendly structure and an enquiry path. An online shop, customer portal or custom application has different requirements. We discuss fit before promising a solution.
How content is updated after launch
Content changes can be requested after delivery and handled as agreed. A self-service CMS is not included by default; it needs to be specified separately if the project calls for one. A static site does not mean that text can never change.
What belongs to you?
The project agreement specifies handover of the source code, control of the domain, hosting account and future maintenance. If customer-managed accounts are wanted, that can be arranged in the agreed scope. Ownership and access rights are not assumed without a contract.
An actual Next.js migration
My own cleaning business GlanzFix has a documented WordPress-to-Next.js website migration. It demonstrates a real build and migration process, not an independently measured performance or conversion promise.

FAQ
- Is this WordPress?
- No. The site is built as a static website, so there are no plugins to maintain and far less that can break. It loads faster and stays simpler over time.
- Can the site grow later?
- Yes. The structure is built to extend — more pages, services, or sections can be added as your business grows.
- Is it good for SEO?
- Static sites are fast and clean, which gives search engines a solid technical foundation. I set up sensible metadata and structure, though results always depend on your content and competition.
- How do changes work after launch?
- Small content updates can be handled on request. Because the codebase is clean and documented, changes are straightforward to make.
- What does a website cost with you?
- It depends on scope — a focused site for a consultant or coach is priced very differently from a full corporate relaunch. After a short intro call you get a clear, transparent quote instead of a flat number.
- Do I need WordPress experience to edit content?
- No WordPress experience is needed for a static Next.js site. Updates are handled on request unless a separate editing solution has been agreed.
- What if I already have a WordPress website?
- We first check which URLs and content must be retained. A migration needs an inventory and redirect plan so existing pages are not simply discarded.
